our Verdict
Top experts loved the TREBLAB HD77 during their test, recommending it for indoor and outdoor music playback and podcast streaming. Experts at PCMag love its 360-design and outstanding 1.79 dB directivity index, producing a hypnotic listening experience. Reviewers from The Gadgeteer were happy with its fairly loud design that reaches an 86.9 dB maximum SPL, although there’s sound compression to the tune of 4.24 dB DRC at the maximum volume. Weighing just 1.3 lbs during testing, this speaker is very portable, and it has speakerphone functions. It has a decent 3.12 dB frequency response standard error, producing neutral sounds that pleased experts, although it lacks an EQ or presets and has so-so low bass. Check out the Anker Soundcore Flare review if you need deeper bass. Testers found that it runs for 11.1 hours on a single charge. However, it doesn’t support any voice assistants or stereo. They were disappointed by its high 234 ms iOS Bluetooth latency and 293 ms Android Bluetooth latency.
