The Hoover ONEPWR Evolve Pet is an easy-to-handle vacuum cleaner that testers praised for having interchangeable batteries and easy maneuverability.
However, they were not as impressed with its lack of a HEPA filter and missing cleaning attachments, and they also felt that its build quality should’ve been better.

Product Snapshot
Overview
The Hoover ONEPWR Evolve Pet is an entry-level upright vacuum announced in 2020. It offers a cordless experience and has a compact design.
It also has a decent 40-minute battery life, and although this is way shorter than most of the best vacuum cleaners around, it’s still pretty good for users who live in a standard-size apartment.
The vacuum cleaner features a rotating head for convenient maneuverability, and at a weight of only 8.66 pounds, it is very much portable. Its dirt compartment can hold 1 liter of debris, which is slightly more than the 0.7-liter capacity of the Hoover H-Free.
It offers three power settings to choose from and has a maximum suction force of about 0.24 kPa that allows it to clean 84% to 99% of small and large debris on bare floors.
The Hoover ONEPWR Evolve Pet was praised by product reviewers for its 8.2-pound weight, as they felt that this made it very portable and easy to handle.
Experts from Rtings also liked that it had an interchangeable battery pack, as they could switch between two sets after running it for up to 40 minutes.
During their tests, reviewers from The Spruce found that its suction power was good enough to pick up both large and small debris, and since it is not as bulky as the Kenmore Intuition Bagged Vacuum, it was very easy to maneuver.
However, testers were not too happy that, unlike the Eureka Floor Rover Elite, the Evolve Pet doesn’t ship with any attachments.
They were also disappointed with its lack of a HEPA filter and also not as enthusiastic about its build quality since they felt that it was plasticky.
