Experts from We PC were quite impressed with its rapid 10.6ms response time, as they observed during their tests that there were no instances of motion trail during fast action scenes. As they conducted their experiments, they also confirmed that the monitor was easy to adjust (similar to the AOC 24G2) and noted that it handled reflections quite well thanks to its matte screen finish. They were also pretty satisfied with its 144Hz refresh rate since they didn’t come across any instances of screen tearing during their tests. The XV340CK was also hailed by reviewers from Rtings for its dual HDMI 2.0 ports and high color accuracy thanks to a Delta E score of 0.52 after calibration. With these results, they deemed it fit for users involved in color-critical work.
Unfortunately, the XV340CK was found to be lacking as far as viewing angles were concerned, as reviewers agreed that they were quite narrow. They were also not satisfied with its HDR brightness level of 234 nits, and an average contrast ratio of 1048:1.
