The Samsung Jet 60 Pet delighted testers with its performance on carpets and how well it could clear pet hair. They were also pleased with its battery performance and satisfied with its cleaning ability on bare floors.
Still, its dirt canister proved challenging to empty, and its failure to clean stains was not as impressive.

Overview
The Samsung Jet 60 Pet is an entry-level handheld vacuum cleaner released into the market in 2021. It has an 1800 mAh battery that keeps it running for up to 41 minutes and a standard 0.5-liter dirt compartment.
Like most top-rated vacuum cleaners, it also features an anti-allergy HEPA filter that eliminates up to 99.99% of allergens, and at a weight of only 5.16 pounds, it is pretty easy to maneuver.
The vacuum cleaner also offers three power modes, with its max power level offering up to 1.28 kPa of suction force. This is slightly more than the Samsung Bespoke Jet, which averages 1.22 kPa on its highest setting.
Check out our Samsung Bespoke Jet review to see what else it has in store. The Jet 60 Pet is also reasonably quiet, with a decibel range of between 43.7 dB and 55.2 dB, depending on its power mode.
The Samsung Jet 60 Pet pleased testers from Rtings with how well it cleaned rugs, as it could pick up 86% and 72% of large debris on high and low pile carpets during testing.
Its bare floor performance was OK, as the Jet 60 cleared 76% and 96% of large and small debris during their tests. They also liked that it could eliminate up to 100% of pet hair on a wide range of surfaces.
Testers from Modern Castle were satisfied with its battery performance, as it lasted 41 minutes on its lowest power setting, 24 minutes on its default setting, and 6 minutes 44 seconds on max power.
They also liked its attachment tools, which included a jet fit brush, a mini motorized tool, a combination tool, and a long-reach crevice tool.
However, testers from Modern Castle found it difficult to empty its dirt canister.
They had instances where pet hair got wrapped around the floor head and confirmed that the Jet 60 Pet is not ideal for cleaning wet or dried-on stains.
