The ViewSonic Elite XG270QG is a fantastic 1440P monitor that has a low input lag, fast response time, and 165Hz refresh rate. But watch out for its poor native contrast ratio and terrible black levels.

Product Snapshot

Overview

The ViewSonic Elite XG270QG is a mid-range gaming monitor released in July 2019. Unlike the older ViewSonic Elite XG2705, it features a 1440P IPS display that promises to deliver richer colors, better viewing angles, and faster response times than VA and TN monitors. And LG claims that this monitor supports both G Sync and FreeSync to mitigate screen tearing and stutters in games. The monitor also offers a wide range of display overdrive settings for seamless pixel transitions and reduced ghosting. Thus, it packs tremendous value for budget-conscious gamers.
